Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Because of carrier rules for fragrance, which can only travel by ground, we can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Order processing

Orders are prepared with care and typically ship within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery times

Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates and are not guaranteed: carrier delays can occur, especially during peak seasons.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on orders over $59.99.
• Standard shipping: $5.99 flat on orders under $59.99.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime from the "Track Your Order" page on our site.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost, stolen or delayed packages

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please check with your neighbors and your carrier first. For lost or stolen packages, contact us at info@scentharmonyusa.com and we will do our best to help.
